Aline Doussin, Avocat à la Cour (French Qualified) in DLA Piper’s International Trade Law Group, travelled to Pretoria, South Africa in October 2011 as part of a team of five lawyers from across the global firm to teach a week long course on special economic zones.

Andrew Valentine, Co-managing Partner of DLA Piper’s Palo Alto office, is New Perimeter’s first featured lawyer. Andrew’s extensive pro bono efforts include his role as team lead on New Perimeter’s Access to Justice initiative in Namibia.

Christine Jesseman is the Pro Bono and Human Rights Director at DLA Piper's South African affiliate, DLA Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyer (DLACDH). Christine is a member of New Perimeter's Advisory Board and has recently participated in three New Perimeter legal training projects in Africa.

Dan Creasey, Senior Associate in the Litigation practice in DLA Piper's Melbourne office, joined a team of lawyers in collaboration with DLA Piper's South African affiliate, Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr, to participate in New Perimeter's South Africa Human Rights Commission training in Johannesburg, South Africa.
